Independent mastery
Getting an A
on your own.
To score an A independently, master at least four key topics. For each, tackle essay questions exploring its core nature, global implications, and stakeholder roles — around 10 well-developed plans, roughly 80 hours total.
For Paper 2, practise SAQs, summaries, NITS, and application questions at least twice a month. Paraphrasing is a muscle that only strengthens with regular conditioning — budget at least 72 hours.

The challenge
Why studying
alone is hard.
Without proper guidance, it's difficult to know whether your answers are accurate. Information is abundant online — the real difficulty lies in discerning which examples are credible and how to evaluate them.
These uncertainties lead to inefficiency: time spent researching and refining rather than writing. Your study hours are spent groping in the dark. Structured tuition solves this — saving time you can invest across your other subjects.
